Prompt Lab
Ready-to-use prompts for study, work and creativity.
This lesson is a toolbox. You will see prompts that you can copy, and adapt, for studying, for work, and for creative projects. Each one uses the ideas you learned, role, context, format, and iteration. Keep them, and make them your own.

- Study prompts
- Work prompts
- Creative prompts
Study prompts
For studying. One, explain this topic like I am twelve, then give me three quiz questions. Two, act as a strict examiner, and ask me five questions, one at a time, and correct my answers. Three, make a four week plan, to learn this subject, with one hour a day. Four, give me an analogy for this concept, using something from everyday life. These turn the model into a patient coach.
Work prompts
For work. One, summarise these notes into decisions, owners, and deadlines. Two, rewrite this email, to be shorter and friendlier, and keep the key request. Three, list the risks in this plan, and suggest how to reduce each. Four, act as a sceptical manager, and ask the five hardest questions about this proposal. These save hours, and sharpen your thinking.
Creative prompts
For creativity. One, give me twenty unusual ideas for this project, then pick the best three, and explain why. Two, write the opening paragraph of a story, in the style of a calm documentary, then in the style of a thriller. Three, describe this scene, with five senses. Four, give me a title, and ten alternatives. Ask for many options, then choose, and combine.
Make any prompt better
Finally, a way to improve any prompt. Add the role. Add who the audience is. Add the format, and the length. Add an example, if the task is unusual. Add a constraint, such as, avoid jargon. And finish with, ask me any questions you need, before you answer. That last line, often turns a good result, into a great one.

Summary
Wonderful. You now have a toolbox of study, work, and creative prompts, and a recipe to improve any prompt. Use them, adapt them, and share them. Next, for the curious, we peek under the hood, at the hardware, and tricks that make these models run.
